Our Plans for Ghana
We partner with under-resourced schools to strengthen education through infrastructure development and technology implementation—delivering practical outcomes you can see in classrooms and measure in student opportunity.
Why We Serve in Ghana
Hayah R.I.S.S.E. Foundation exists to help people rise higher by addressing the practical barriers that keep communities trapped in poverty. In Ghana, our work focuses on one powerful lever: education—because when a school is strengthened, an entire community gains momentum.
Our model centers on two outcomes:
- Infrastructure Development: safe, secure, well-equipped learning environments
- Technology Implementation: devices, connectivity, and tools that expand instruction
This approach is how HRF turns donor support into direct, visible results—improvements you can see in schools and outcomes that create real opportunity for students.

How We Ensure Accountability
We believe excellence and integrity require structure—not assumptions. Our school partnerships include clear responsibilities, reporting, evaluation, and consistent communication.
Our accountability practices include:
- Regular bi-monthly check-ins/meetings to review progress and address concerns
- Collaborative measurable objectives and evaluation criteria
- Quarterly progress reporting (foundation reporting)
- Annual on-site visits for evaluation, reporting, and relationship-building
- Clear partnership duration with provisions for responsible changes when necessary (2025–2028)
Where We’re Going Next (5-Year Growth Plan)
Over the next five years, HRF plans to scale to four additional school partnerships by replicating our proven model—strengthening learning environments through infrastructure and technology so more students can thrive. Our projected reach is approximately 1,200 students as the model expands.
