Help Us Carry Hope to Ghana
You don’t have to board a plane to be a part of this year’s mission trip to Ghana.
In just a few weeks, Michael and his team will board planes and return to Ghana to visit the schools we partner with through the Hayah R.I.S.S.E. Foundation. One of the things I appreciate most about our partnerships is that we don’t decide from a distance what schools need. We listen.
Recently, we asked our partner schools a simple question:
“What would make the greatest difference for your students right now?”
Their answers were practical. Their answers were heartfelt. And together, we have an opportunity to respond.
As we prepare for this year’s mission trip, I want to invite you to help us carry hope to Ghana.
Not just through words.
But through tangible acts of love that will directly impact children, families, teachers, and communities.
Four Ways You Can Help
1. Help a Child Learn
All three schools have requested school supplies for their students.
Many of the items we take for granted—pencils, notebooks, crayons, markers, rulers, and other classroom supplies—can make a meaningful difference in a student’s educational experience.
When students have the tools they need, they are better equipped to learn, grow, and succeed.

2. Help A Child Stay Healthy
Fransly Montessori School has requested dental hygiene supplies for their students, including:
• Toothbrushes
• Toothpaste
• Dental floss
• Other dental hygiene products
In addition, Nyame Bekyere Christian School has requested health screenings for their students and members of the surrounding village.
We are grateful to have identified a Ghanaian healthcare partner that can provide these screenings at a very affordable cost. Our goal is to raise the funds necessary to make these screenings available to those who otherwise may not receive them.

3. Help a Child Play and Grow
Fransly Montessori School has requested Lego building blocks for their younger students.
These aren’t simply toys.
They are educational tools that help children develop creativity, problem-solving skills, fine motor coordination, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Through play, children learn.
And through learning, children thrive.

4. Help a Child Feel Special
Oyibi Presby A School has requested gently used dresses for girls ages 4–11.
A simple dress may not seem like much to us.
But to a child, it can communicate dignity, confidence, and care.
Sometimes the smallest gifts carry the biggest messages:
“You matter.”
“You are valued.”
“You are loved.”

You’re Not the Only Ones Helping
One of the most encouraging things about this effort is seeing others join the mission.
We are grateful for two organizations that have chosen to partner with the Hayah R.I.S.S.E. Foundation for this year’s mission trip:
Daughters of Zion Ministry
• Collecting Lego building blocks
• Collecting dental hygiene supplies
Suddenly Joyful Global Missions
• Raising support for student and village health screenings
• Collecting school supplies
Their partnership reminds us that when organizations work together, our impact becomes greater than any one group could achieve alone.
